Quality policy

The mission of our company is to become a renowned supplier of demanding tools for the transformation of plastic throughout Europe, and to also provide our customers with the service of manufacturing plastic products. By improving the efficiency of our quality management system in the long run, we will both expand and retain the existing circle of customers and meet their requirements with quality services and products that will be delivered within the agreed-upon deadlines. With this holistic, complex approach to the project, we will reduce their costs that would otherwise result from having to find several suppliers.

To achieve these goals, we are building on:

  • a well-organised and independent staff who are loyal to the company, aware of our quality policy, and focused on continuous upgrading of their knowledge,
  • a quality hardware and environmentally friendly, energy-saving technological procedures,
  • the installation of only the highest quality components, services, and raw materials from renowned suppliers,
  • and the introduction of continuous improvements into our quality management system.

Our tasks in the field of quality assurance help us commit to continuous monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction, thus contributing to our narrower and wider economic sphere. Depending on the development of the company, we regularly review the quality policy and update it accordingly pursuant to the guidelines.

Our operations, quality assurance, and business transactions are organised pursuant to the requirements of the IATF 16949:2016 standard, which is also confirmed by the certificate that we received by the Bureau Veritas Certification auditing house:
